Who we are
CloudFive is an AI consulting and custom software firm based in the Atlanta, Georgia area. We serve small and medium-sized businesses.
What we collect and why
Contact form submissions
When you submit the workshop request form, we collect your name, email address, and the workflow description you provide. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry and schedule your workshop. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Trust Center acknowledgements
When you access our Trust Center, we collect your name, company email, and company name as a record of NDA acknowledgement. This information is stored in session storage in your browser and may be logged via our contact system for audit purposes.
Server logs
Our hosting infrastructure (AWS CloudFront + S3) automatically logs standard web access data including IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited. These logs are retained for up to 90 days and used only for security monitoring and performance analysis.
Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site in aggregate, such as pages viewed and quiz completions. This uses first-party cookies and does not personally identify you. We do not enable Google's advertising or cross-site tracking features. You can opt out using your browser's cookie controls or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
What we don't do
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
- We do not use cookies or analytics for advertising or cross-site tracking.
- We do not send unsolicited marketing email.
Third-party services
This website uses Google Analytics for usage analytics, Cloudflare Turnstile to protect our forms from spam, and Resend to deliver contact form emails, and is hosted on AWS CloudFront and S3. These services may process your data as part of delivery. For client engagements, a full list of subprocessors is available in our Trust Center.
Data retention
Contact form inquiries are retained for as long as a business relationship exists or may reasonably exist, and deleted within 12 months of the last contact if no engagement follows. Server logs are purged after 90 days.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information we hold about you. Email info@cloudfive.net and we'll respond within 10 business days.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We won't notify you by email for minor updates.
