Program description
CloudFive Alerts is an internal text message program operated by CloudFive. It sends operational alerts, such as service outages, failed jobs, and infrastructure alarms, about the applications and systems that CloudFive hosts or manages. It is not a marketing program, and we never send promotional messages through it.
Who receives messages
Messages go only to CloudFive staff and designated on-call contacts. Customers and members of the public are not enrolled and do not receive these messages.
How enrollment works
Each recipient enrolls their own mobile number as a notification target in CloudFive's monitoring system and agrees to receive alerts at that time. No one is enrolled by a third party, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from CloudFive.
Message frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with system activity and is typically fewer than 20 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.
Opt out and help
- Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages.
- Reply HELP for help, or email us at the address below.
Carriers
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and signal, so alerts are a convenience and not a guaranteed notification channel.
Your information
